We Started in a Kitchen.

Back in 2015, Balance Center was nothing more than a home-based operation in Lebanon, preparing healthy meal plans for people who were tired of the usual options and wanted something better on their plate. No storefront, no brand. Just good food made with intention.

By 2020, that kitchen had outgrown itself. The demand, the questions, the community forming around it, it all pointed to something bigger. So we built Balance Center into what it is today: a place where people come for real food, honest guidance, and a healthier way of living that actually fits their life.
