Smoked Scamorza is a semi-soft Italian cheese that is very similar to mozzarella but which is aged, which means it is firmer and drier with a more pronounced flavor. Smoked Scamorza has a subtle, smoky flavor with a sweet, light caramel note. Ingredients: Pasteurized cow's milk, culture, rennet, and naturally smoked with apple and cherry. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PRICE IS PER KG.
